Renovation Services

The Renovation Service provided by Disrupt the Disorder (DTD) is designed to assist clients in updating the aesthetic elements of a space while preserving its original layout and utility lines. This service focuses on cosmetic transformations, such as updating finishes and making structural adjustments without altering the fundamental design or purpose of the room. The renovation can be achieved through a combination of design elements and updates, including:

  • Appliance Replacement: Swapping existing appliances with newer models.

  • Framing & Drywall Modifications: Making adjustments to the room’s framing and drywall while maintaining the original footprint (e.g., altering a closet frame without changing its position).

  • Flooring Replacement: Removal and replacement of existing flooring materials.

  • Tiling: Retiling of larger areas such as backsplashes or shower surrounds.

  • Tub Reglazing/Replacement: Updating bathtubs through reglazing or complete replacement.

  • Plumbing: Replacing or upgrading shower/tub fixtures and hardware.

This scope of work is highly customized and subject to the discretion of the DTD team to ensure that the design vision aligns with both functionality and aesthetic goals. The client is responsible for purchasing all materials and covering the fees associated with third-party contractors (e.g., painting, electrical, plumbing), which are not included in the Disrupt the Disorder, LLC fee. This service also includes design renders and offers a choice between Lite or Heavy Organizational Services post-renovation.
